Frequently asked questions
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes, from your account, in two clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. No minimum term on the monthly plan.
- What happens to my certificates if I stop my subscription?
- The public verification page shows the real status in real time: that is what sets it apart from a PDF one can keep indefinitely. After the subscription ends, a 14-day grace period applies, then certificates switch to suspended. Resuming the subscription restores their validity immediately.
- What if my payment fails?
- Your access stays active. We notify you by email and the payment is retried automatically for about three weeks. Nothing is suspended until every attempt has failed.
- Are prices excluding tax?
- Yes, all displayed prices exclude tax. Applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country. EU companies can enter their intra-community VAT number for reverse charge.
- Is UltraCarbon a certification body?
- No, and it is written on every certificate. UltraCarbon guarantees the method, the traceability of the factors used and the integrity of the document. Third-party accredited verification is not included.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. The number of users and the billing period can be changed from the billing portal. Above 20 users, the Premium plan becomes better value and we help you switch.
